Welcome to the web site https://www.mygameprocessor.com/ (the “Site”) of My Game Processor, a SoTech Solutions, LLC (“SoTech Solutions, LLC”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) solution. This Site is operated by SoTech Solutions, LLC with head office located in Fort Mill, SC, and has been created to provide information about our company and our web-based wild game processing application and related services (collectively “Services”) to our Site visitors and users of our Services (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth SoTech Solutions, LLC’s policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”), business and financial information of processors (“Business Data”), and other information that is collected, used, shared and secured from visitors to the Site and users of the Services. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information.
- Information We Collect
When you interact with us through the Site or the Services, we may collect Personal Data, Business Data, and other information from you, as further described below:
Account Information: In order to use certain aspects of the Site and the application Services, you will need to create an account. There are three different kinds of accounts. HUNTERS will create an account providing their name, e-mail address, and mobile phone number. PROCESSORS will create an account with the processor name, address, phone number and e-mail address. PROCESSOR EMPLOYEES will create an account with their name, processor name, processor address, phone number and e-mail address, which account will be linked to the applicable processor account. All accounts will require creation of a unique password and it is the sole responsibility of the account holder to maintain the security of that password. All users must sign into their accounts in order to access and use the Site and/or the Services.
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site and/or Application Services: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as name, email and phone number, when you contact us with inquiries, download the app or register for access to the Services. Wherever SoTech Solutions, LLC collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of SoTech Solutions, LLC and the authorized third parties referred to herein.
Other Information from Hunters: In using the Site and/or the Services with a HUNTER account, you may also provide additional personal information, such as age and sex, as well as other information about your preferred game, hunting locations, preferred processors, and other information that does not necessarily personally identify you but allows you to take advantage of the Services. This information will typically be linked to your account.
Business Data That Processors Provide Through the Site and/or Application Services: We collect Business Data input by Processors using the Site and/or Services, such as customer names and contact information, storage capacity, pricing, marketing messaging, and more, so that Processors may use this Business Data and the Site and/or Services in their businesses. By voluntarily providing us with Business Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Business Data through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Business Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of SoTech Solutions, LLC and the authorized third parties referred to herein.
Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, SoTech Solutions, LLC may conduct research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and SoTech Solutions, LLC may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. SoTech Solutions, LLC may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Mobile Analytics: We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and from what source the application was downloaded. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.
- Our Use of Your Personal Data, Business Data, and Other Information
SoTech Solutions, LLC uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email, we will use your e-mail address and any other Personal Data you provide in order to answer your question or resolve your problem. When you provide Personal Data in order to set up your account and access the Services, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such Services and to monitor your use of such Services. If you contact us to troubleshoot an issue with the Services, we will use your login information in order to discover and remedy the issue. Please note that we will only use your login information to assist you and not for any other purpose. SoTech Solutions, LLC and its affiliates (the “Related Companies”) may also use your Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users and to improve the Services. SoTech Solutions, LLC and its affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. SoTech Solutions, LLC does not use your Business Data for its own purposes, but allows you to use the Services to communicate with your customers and potential customers, keep track of your own storage capacity, create your own job lists, and more. Your Business Data is viewable only by your authorized Processor Employees linked to your Processor account. Processors may also choose to make certain Business Data viewable by other users of the Services, such as hunters. SoTech Solutions, LLC may use aggregated data about its Processor users to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users and to improve the Services. SoTech Solutions, LLC and its affiliates may use your business contact information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each marketing communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future marketing communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below. SoTech Solutions, LLC is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
To Accomplish the Goals of the Services: If you are a processor, we will share your contact information, pricing, processing information and other public facing information you have designated with hunters who have signed up for the Services. If you are a hunter, we will share your Personal Data with your selected processor to facilitate check-ins and communications, and otherwise perform the Services. Processors and processor employees will have access to hunter Personal Data in order to send notices about game movements, or status updates on processing orders, or general marketing messages. Processors and hunters may use the Services to opt out of sharing information or receiving communications at any time.
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data and Business Data gathered by and/or maintained through the Site and/or the Services may be part of the transferred assets.
Related Companies: We may also share your Personal Data or Business Data with our Related Companies for purposes outlined within this Privacy Policy.
Vendors, Consultants and Other Service Providers: SoTech Solutions, LLC, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. Please note that if you delete your account as a hunter or processor employee, we anonymize the information associated with your account and remove your personally identifiable information, such as your name, mobile phone number, and e-mail address. However, your data may remain part of our Aggregated Data, as described above. Similarly, if you are a processor and delete your account, we may retain the de-identified Aggregated Data related to your use of the Site and/or Services, but will not retain your specific Business Data.
- Exclusions
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data or Business Data collected by SoTech Solutions, LLC other than through the Site and/or Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to SoTech Solutions, LLC through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and SoTech Solutions, LLC shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.
Children: SoTech Solutions, LLC does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Services without their permission.
